What is the validity of my ticket?

The conditions of use of your ticket are indicated on it and vary according to the type of ticket purchased.
What payment methods are accepted at the cash desk?

Here are the different means of payment accepted to buy your tickets at the park's cash desk:
- Cash
- Credit card
- ANCV vacation vouchers (paper and Connect), on presentation of an ID card
- Kadeos - Cadhoc - Shopping Pass and Tir Groupé by Sodexo gift vouchers
Bank cheques are not accepted.
I lost my subscription, what do I do?

If your pass is lost or stolen, you can obtain a duplicate for €6.50 by presenting your ID card at the park reception desk.
Do you have a revisit offer?

The park does not currently offer a revisit offer at the park exit.
Where can I buy a ticket for the park?

Apart from our website, you can buy your ticket at the park's cash desk or in one of our partner networks: France Billet, Ticketnet, supermarkets, Social and Economic Committee (CSE), ...

How long is my annual pass valid?

Walibi 2023 passes were valid until 07/01/2024.
Walibi 2024 passes are valid until 05/01/2025.
Are there rates for groups?

Yes, there are preferential rates for schools, associations and companies:
- For groups of 20 people or more
- For PSH groups: from 8 people
Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance by filling out the "Group outing" form and returning the estimate as well as the signed general sales conditions that will be sent to you.
Is it possible to buy a gift card?

No, at this time we do not offer gift cards.
Are there any discounted rates?
+
Reduced rates are available for disabled people, pregnant women, students, seniors and the very elderly, upon presentation of a receipt at the park's ticket office.
In addition, promotional rates may be offered on our website walibi.fr or by various distribution partners as part of one-time promotions, membership programs or company agreements.
